While in Hawaii, much of the food we ate had macadamia nuts somewhat incorporated it. Macadamia nut pancakes, nut butter mahi mahi, etc., and I must say, they are quite delish. We did not visit the Mauna Loa factory, but did buy some of these at the airport before we left...

and let me just say...they are SO good! We almost ate the entire bag while sitting at the airport...sadly waiting...as we were about to depart for the mainland;( Good news is, they are owned by Hershey, so you can purchase them here!!! While I was searching online, I also saw them Wal-mart.com, but it says they are sold "in stores" only. I haven't yet been to Wal-mart yet to check, so if you see them, let me know. They would make some yummy stocking stuffers!!!;)
