saying goodbye to Kauai

the last few days of our trip we spent traveling the the north side of the island

Queens Bath is a sight to see, (and a little dangerous too!)

 here is the pool that you can actually hike/walk down to and "swim" in most of the time...but not this time of year

 remember what I said about high surf advisories...

 ya...absolutely NO chance of swimming that day...now let's hurry and take a pic before we are shark bait...

 here we are actually hanging out at our hotel beach...
